Refund policy

Payment Policy
Orders are complete and will go into production ONLY once full payment is met or payment terms are agreed upon. Payment can be made via credit or debit card or ACH.

Canceling Order 
If an order is cancelled prior to going into production, the payment will be refunded with the exception of the credit card processing fee and a 10% transaction fee.
If an order is cancelled after going into production, the payment will be refunded with the exception of the credit card processing fee and a 25% restocking fee.

 

Returns

At Southern Lights Electric each of our products is meticulously handcrafted and made to order to meet the unique specifications of our clients. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

We take great care to ensure that every piece is created with the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. To avoid any dissatisfaction, we encourage our clients to thoroughly review product details and specifications before finalizing their purchase.

In the event of any defects or issues with your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
