Baton Spotlight With extension arm Short

The Baton Spotlight head on a brass downrod — a solid-brass cylinder, hand-spun and machined, dropped from a low-profile 5″ canopy for a clean ceiling install. A swivel joint lets you aim the beam, then lock it. Choose a 2″ to 10″ arm to clear trim, cabinetry, or a sloped ceiling. User-replaceable 930-lumen LED at a warm 2700K. Built and assembled in our Nashville workshop.

Precise light, honest hardware.

This is the Baton Spotlight mounted on a brass downrod — the same directional fixture, dropped below the ceiling plane where trim, cabinetry, or a vaulted slope needs the head lower. The cylindrical housing is hand-spun and holds a high-output, user-replaceable PAR LED at 930 lumens and a warm 2700K, dimmable on standard dimmers. A swivel joint at the head lets you aim the beam onto art, a counter, or a hallway, then lock it in place.

The canopy is machined from cast brass for a clean, low-profile ceiling mount; an optional sloped-ceiling adaptor handles pitched and vaulted installs. Construction is solid brass with a hand-applied finish, UL listed for dry and damp locations. Built and assembled in our Nashville workshop.

LEDs & Optics

Sec. 03 — Light Quality

The lamp matters as much as the fixture. We ship every Baton Spotlight with a high-output PAR LED — 930 lumens at CRI 92, 2700K warm white, rated for 25,000 hours and fully dimmable.

For optical control, the Soraa Snap System lenses — optional accessories, sold separately — fit over the lamp face without tools:

Louver / Snap 40° Glare cutoff for eye-level sightlines
Beam spreader Softens the beam for a wider wash
Linear spreader Elongates the beam for hallways and corridors — keeps light on the pathway instead of washing the walls

Finishes

Sec. 04 — Eight standard, applied by hand

Unlacquered brass finishes are living — they darken and warm with age, faster where hands touch them. Powdercoat finishes stay put. Not sure on screen? Order finish samples before you commit; trade members get a sample set on the house.

From Our Clients

Sec. 07
Their fixtures are beautiful and dependable, and we've used the same pieces across multiple projects because they blend so well with the architecture. JHL Design, Inc.
Super prompt with communication and always clear about timelines. Their trade program is solid, and we love their finishes — the unlacquered aged brass especially. Patrick Di Rito — Chuck Marie Studio
